We strive to serve our community well, and we hope these policies will be a guide for those interested in using our library resources.

Library and Circulation Rules

Adult Supervision Required

Books may be checked out for 28 days at a time. New patrons are limited to 4 items for a limited time.

Audio Books

Books on CD may be checked out for 28 days at a time with a limit of five per library patron.

DVDs

Most DVDs may only be checked out by adult patrons (18 and older), with a limit of 6 per household for one week at a time. We do have a limited number of DVD’s that may be checked out by children with the same rules.

E-books

E-Books may be checked out through our online Libby app and Boundless per the limits of the app. They will be returned automatically at the end of the checkout period. CLICK HERE for details.

Overdue Materials

All overdue materials must be returned, and all fines paid before additional materials can be checked out to the library card holder.

If fines are owed no library services will be accessible by the patron owing the fine.

Interlibrary Loans

We strive to make available a broad and varied collection, but occasionally we are unable to supply the material that a patron requires. If this happens, the material may be acquired through interlibrary loan.

Hours

Public computers close 10 min before the building.

In order to use our public computers, you must have your own library card, and the card must be clear of all fines and charges.

Printers

Public access printers are available with a charge of .25 per page for black and white. Computers will notify you of the price of your document before it is printed.

Protect Your Information

Please be extremely careful when using our computers, and make sure that you logoff when you are finished using them. Our computers are setup to completely wipe all information upon shut-down each day this will help protect your information.
